Meet the Judge - Julie Berry (Glenwood, AR)

I'm Julie Berry from Glenwood,AR. I'm married to Mark Berry and we have 4 children ages 23, 21, 20, and 17; 4 grandchildren ages 5, 2, 1, and 5 weeks. We have had goats for just over 17 years, and in that mixture we have owned all breeds of Dairy goats, Myotonics, Spanish, Commercial, and Boer goats. Both of us were raised on cattle farms, so farming isn't new to us. Our children grew up showing and have done very well with it, winning numerous awards at county, district, state, and national levels. I enjoy the Dairy goats, and enjoy making soap and cheese. Mark and I are both judges. He is with the ABGA and I am with the International BGA. We also judge county, district and state fairs, market jackpot, and showmanship. Our daughter, Katie, is also beginning her judging career with market goat shows. She began showing at 4 years old. It is definitely a way of life for our family!

The AMGBA and the FGG would like to thank Julie for donating her time and expertise to support this fundraising event. We hope that you will consider Julie for your next goat judging needs.

All exhibitors receive a link to their websites for the remainder of the year. What great advertising!

Photos are posted in the order in which they are received.

The Judge will not be viewing the photos prior to the judging date.

Awards through 5th place will include electronic ribbons/photos for your website

Entry fees from the virtual show will go towards helping to support
the American Heritage, Goats, Games, and More Festival on May 26-27, 2012
