Hush Hill Fainters Hover Has a Heart ~ Owned by Hush Hills Fainters (White Salmon, WA) ~ DOB: 01-20-16 ~ DOLP: 03-30-16 |
Judge's comments: I place this wether first. He has the best combo of overall muscling and correctness, even though he is one of the two youngest wethers in this class. He already shows the start of strong muscling, and he has a good topline. |

Twister ~ Owned by Hanna and Keifer Bedwell (Iowa) ~ DOB: 02-29-16 ~ DOLP: 04-01-16 |
Judge's comments: I place this wether second. He actually has the strongest topline in the class, but he is also the youngest wether in the class, and as such, isn't packing the muscling that the first place wether is. As he matures, he will likely add more muscle to what is already a very correct frame. |

Hanna's Fire ~ Owned by Hanna and Keifer Bedwell (Iowa) ~ DOB: 11-28-15 ~ DOLP: 02-27-16 |
Judge's comments: I place this wether third. He is finer boned for his size than the two wethers standing above him, and he does present as rump high right now, although that could certainly be the result of a growth spurt. He shows the beginnings of good muscling, and has a nice clean front end and good width throughout. |

Hanna's Smoke ~ Owned by Hanna and Keifer Bedwell (Iowa) ~ DOB: 11-28-15 ~ DOLP: 02-27-16 |
Judge's comments: I place this wether fourth. He has the start of good muscling, but he is the least balanced wether in the class. Given the size of his body, I would expect to have more leg underneath him, and would also like to lengthen his neck out somewhat. Again, though, he looks like he is still growing, and some of those proportions may change as he gets older. |

Triple-T Mr. Skittles ~ Owned by Courtney Teichert (Ramona, CA) ~ DOB: 03-25-15 ~ DOLP: 10-16-15 |
Judge's comments: I place this wether first. This wether is a little powerhouse. He has a good balance of chine to loin to hip, and has a good topline for such a muscular myotonic. He also carries his width well from front to back, and has a nicely shaped brisket, as well as a fantastic spring of rib for such a young wether. |

Bucking Adoeable Joe DiMaggio ~ Owned by Bucking Adoeable Fainters (Ramona, CA) ~ DOB: 11-24-14 ~ DOLP: 09-06-15 |
Judge's comments: I place this wether second. There are two distinctly different types of wethers in this class. The first place wether is overall a more muscular, typey wether. This second place wether is a very nice wether, and I will grant him more length of body than the wether standing above him. However, in two of the pictures, he does appear to narrow up in the front end slightly, and he does not present the spring of rib that the first place wether has at this time. |
Junior Champion & Reserve Junior Champion Wether
Champion will be selected from the 1st place winners of classes 1-3. Reserve Champion will be selected from

Judge's comments: This black wether will be our Junior Champion. He is a well balanced wether with heavy muscling and a great spring of rib. He is also very balanced in terms of the way he carries his muscling and his width from front to back. Overall, a very good representation of a strong myotonic wether. |
Judge's comments: This mahogany and white wether from class 3 will be my Reserve Junior Champion Wether. He is a very long bodied wether, a little leggier than our champion, but he can carry it. He just doesn't have the muscling or the spring of rib to bump the little black wether at this time, but he is still a very good example of a myotonic wether. |
